We work with you in mind

SHAY is a small privately owned business determined to provide worthwhile services to our clients. Our core business is Body Corporate Management and our point of difference is the provision of maintenance services with out a margin - all inclusive in the one competitive fee.

Our other services include Property Management and Business Administration. We operate in an open, collaborative manner, with no age, race or gender barriers, either with the staff we employ or in the manner we treat our clients.

Why we're here

SHAY  was incorporated in August 2000 with the aim of providing focussed, customer-friendly Body Corporate Management Services. Our size enables us to be agile, flexible and able to respond to change quickly, if required.

We're a company that prides itself on being customer friendly and operating in an environment of responsiveness, partnership and co-operation. We're the kind of people that look for opportunities to improve and welcome constructive feedback.

NZ is a rapidly developing multicultural society which presents opportunities and challenges. SHAY sees the opportunities in having staff who come from a range of cultures with quality skills and abilities. We believe this aspect helps to build confidence when dealing with customers from differing ethnic backgrounds, helps us to develop a range of strategies tailored to the needs of our customers and makes our work environment more vibrant and interesting.

Why work with us?

We believe in transparency when we work with you. This means:

  • You will have separate high interest bank accounts for your Body Corporate or Association. We do not operate Trust Accounts.
  • You will speak to 'real' people if you ring or email for information or advice.
  • Your meetings will be planned with your chairperson so we can be sure we have a suitable date, time and venue so as many owners as possible can attend.
